HUB was recently shortlisted to come up with a redevelopment scheme for the Ginder-Ale Site in Merchtem, Belgium. This large industrial complex is situated smack in the middle of a small and picturesque Flemish village nearby Brussels. In the forthcoming years it will be redeveloped Into a mixed-housing area.
