A team consisting of DMI, Kraats Development, Libost Groep and HUB has been shortlisted to come up with a development strategy and design for two buildings in Aarschot. Both sites, capable of housing a 15.000 m2 large mixed program in total, are lying on the outer edge of Aarschot and should be upgraded to become gates to the city center and to the surrounding countryside.
