24.11.2008 / appointed for masterplan.

 

The Vlaamse Bouwmeester and KSO Beringen Lummen have appointed us to create a masterplan and feasibility study for a new school campus in Beringen (B). The site has a surface of 13.5ha and will house 4 different schools with a total of 1.900 students.

Parallel to this masterplan HUB will study the development possibilities of three sites that house the schools at present. The whole development area totals at 18ha, half of the surface area of Beringen, making this a unique project inFlandersthrough which the relationship between large scale education areas and public life can be studied.
