27.04.2009 / HUB presents final report.
In the second half of 2008 HUB was assigned by BPO (Biesterbos Planontwikkeling) to research and advice on the development concept of a new urban quarter on the waterfront of Amsterdam.
The "Amsterdam Waterfront en Nautisch Kwartier" entails a 300.000 sq.m. mixed program with nautical activities on the former NDSM shipyard. During the past months we directed a number of workshops and have worked on an imaginative yet realistic vision for the development of this area in close collaboration with Studio BPO, the .CIE and the city of Amsterdam. Today, we are presenting the final report of this stage.
