15.06.2009 / HUB is part of winning team.
The Vanhout - Van Roey - HUB - Archiles consortium has won the PPP (Public Private Partnership) Project in Geel, Belgium. De Gheelodroom is a 22.000 sq. m. urban project, entailing a mixed program of retail, leisure, small offices and a variety of housing units. The project is the key element in a masterplan to consolidate the center of Geel into a lively urban area. We are currently starting up the definitive design stage.
