HUB designed a masterplan for the reconversion of a heavily polluted site, bordering the river Scheldt, into a residential quarter. The project is part of larger planning process, which is supervised by Secchi and Vigano. In the coming months, our commissioner, Brownfield Capital Partners, will try to come to an agreement with the local municipality in regard to the terms of development. Our proposal creates a strong synergy between the specific conditions of the site and a sustainable approach towards cleaning the soil contamination.
