21.08.2009 / Feasibility study for old papermill.

 

GINKGO Fund – part of La Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild - and Brownfield Capital Partners appointed us to do a feasibility study for the reconversion of a contaminated papermill site into a mixed residential quarter. The site is part of the future railway station development of Nivelles (B). Our proposal consists of a balanced approach: we foresee a high density development, enabling the commissioner to deal with the costs of soil regeneration while enhancing the natural qualities of the site. This project is one of two projects we are currently doing for GINKGO Fund.
