12.10.2009 / HUB appointed for masterplan.

 

POM (Provinciale Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij) Vlaams-Brabant has appointed us to do a feasibility study and design a masterplan for the reconversion of a historic and heavily contaminated papermill into an office campus. On an adjacent site, Arcadis – with whom we joined hands – will design the masterplan for the development of an industrial zone. Acclaiming synergy between both sites is a priority, next to opening up the sites to public passage from the nearby villages to the future GEN-stations.
