Based on a concept vision, AG SOB Ghent (Autonoom Stadsontwikkelingsbedrijf Gent) has shortlisted us to come up with a preliminary design for a mixed urban building in the center of Ghent. The site is extremely interesting, as it is bordered on three sides by completely different conditions, and – thanks to its strategic position – holds the key to further regeneration of the neighborhood. Our fellow competitors are Bogdan & Van Broeck Architects and Arks Architects.
