Today we deliver the building documentation for housing project ‘Den Draad’ in Ghent. Two low-energy free-standing apartment buildings are materialized with a concrete core and pre-fabricated wooden elevations. Subtle changes in rhythm and finishing layers enhance the overall tactile quality of the buildings. Sales are well underway, construction starts in the second half of 2011.
