Construction has started for the first phase of this mixed urban development. The contractor commenced with what we refer to as “the big dig”: breaking ground for the 11.000 m² underground public parking. The first phase is due to be finished in April 2012. Construction of the second phase – commercial space and four apartment buildings – will start in March 2012.
