In 2008 DMI and HUB handed in our proposal for the development of a mixed residential area, focused on serviced living for elderly people. Today, we are happy to announce that we have won this PPP procedure. The development consists of 4 buildings that form an urban ensemble. Two buildings finish the existing fabric and constitute an enclosed square, providing access to a park area. Two smaller buildings are positioned on this square, thus creating a scaled-down system of peek-troughs and introducing cornerstones to both ends of the site.
