22.08.2011 / New Project in Brussels’ Periphery.

Brocap nv has commissioned us to masterplan and design all buildings for a mixed residential area in the Brussels’ periphery. The site – a former brownfield – is 2ha large and sits between the Zuunbeek Valley and the Bergensesteenweg, one of the main traffic arteries towards the center of Brussels.
