Masterplan delivered.
Today we deliver the masterplan for this mixed residential quarter in the Brussels’ periphery. The site, which is tucked between the Zuunbeek Valley and the Bergensesteenweg – one of the main traffic arteries into the capital – is developed as an extension of the river valley. The natural qualities of the latter are strengthened and extended into the new quarter. Hence, the plan embeds itself in a larger-scale topography, solves hydrology-related issues, and opens possibilities for the development of a distinct living environment.
