Definitive design delivered.
The definitive design of the first building within the masterplan has been delivered. The building, which sits on the edge of the Bergensesteenweg and the site, is a horizontal ensemble of staggered volumes. Hence, it acts as a barrier for the traffic noise as well as a gateway to the new housing quarter. It houses commercial space, offices and apartments on top of an underground parking. The staggered scheme is the result of a careful consideration of the existing topography.
