(13-01-2013) PROJECT UPDATE - Park & Ride, Antwerp (B)
We present results.
In the last quarter of 2012, we worked on a research-by-design assignment for innovation in park & ride infrastructure. After 4 workshops with the commissioner – the city of Antwerp (B) – and our colleagues from Collectief Noord (B), Artgineering (NL) and NIO Architects (NL), we are ready to present final results. HUB focused on parking infrastructure being a generic but smart structural system, which, through specific modifications, can adapt to open up for a broader range of public use, while being ready for disassembly at any given time.
