Residential building delivered.
One year after we moved to our new premises – a renovated historic warehouse on the Rijnkaai – the adjacent residential building is being delivered. Both buildings share underground parking infrastructure and a communal courtyard. The residential building consist op 5 open plan housing units – each 180 m² and only one load-bearing column in place – that can be fitted out entirely to the needs of their inhabitants. All share views over the river and the city waterfront. On the ground floor, a large commercial space opens up to the courtyard.
