A consortium formed by Immpact, Bpi, Denc Studio, Blaf and hub, has been selected for the final round of a development competition for a mixed urban project on the site of the former ‘Zeemanshuis’. The project, which is part of a large housing block, sits on the border of the historical city center and is an important element in the recreational axis from the center of Antwerp towards the MAS and the ‘Eilandje’ quarter.
