Building Permit Documents Delivered.

The building permit documents for the masterplan and first building of MOTHOR – an office ensemble on the former mining site of Waterschei – have been delivered. The total project consists of 8 buildings, gently positioned on the sloping topography of the site, and framed by a concrete outer wall which positions the project in its natural environment. Shape, material and detailing are subdued in contrast to – and as a backdrop for – the rich architectural presence of the adjacent historic mining building.
