Building Permit Documents Delivered.

The building permit documents for Ezeldijk – a new residential project for assisted living – have been delivered. The building consists of a solitary and compact volume, characterized by toned-down materials and classic detailing. Sitting at the entrance of a large scale urban redevelopment plan – designed by AWG Architects -, the strength of the building lies in the texture of the facades, the rythm of window openings and a subtle play between the formal and informal of living in an inner-block residential park.
