Masterplan Approved.

Our masterplan for the former area of ‘Petroleum Zuid’, bordering on the river Scheldt to the south of Antwerp city centre, has been approved by the Board of Blue Gate Antwerp nv. The plan – providing a robust frame for the future development of industrial and research buildings – is structured around a public urban landscape of intertwined and symbiotic layers (ecology, water, hard infrastructure, and allotments), thereby providing a strong basis for spatial quality on the whole, while allowing architectural flexibility for each individual building.
