(17-11-2014) Kielpark Towers, Antwerp (B) - NEW PROJECT

Shortlisted.

A team, consisting of Hub, Origin, ELD and Daidalos Peutz, has been shortlisted for the restauration and refurbishment of the Kielpark Towers, to the south of Antwerp city center. The 3 towers, dating from the early sixties and designed by architect Jos Smolderen, each house 96 appartments and are considered a prime example of high-density social housing based on CIAM.
