Inhabitants Welcome New Neighbours.
Three small pigs have set up camp in a corner of the public park adjacent to residential building ‘Den Draad’. They are part of a collective urban-farming initiative. 42 inhabitants take care of the pigs and feed them with organic household waste.
The project was founded by a few city dwellers who wanted to combine their love of city farming and the need for more consciousness about the food chain and food waste.
