(01-08-2015) Social Housing Grondelstraat, Brussels (B) - PROJECT UPDATE

Selected For Final Round.

Hub – teaming up with Bureau Bouwtechniek, ABT and CES – has been selected for the final round of a competition for the renovation of a social housing project. The building measures 33.000 m2 in one single slab of 110 m by 17 m by 19 floors. It houses 378 families.
The goal is to strip the building and renew the façades and all technical installations in favour of a sustainable whole and an altogether more qualitative presence in the neighbourhood.
