HUB – teaming-up with Boydens, Util and Daidalos – is shortlisted for the renovation of ‘Het Pand’, a brutalist concrete retail- and office cluster in the centre of Waregem. The goal of the competition is to come forward with a proposal that re-establishes the buildings’ link to the historical centre, Park Zuid and the recently developed project ‘Boulevard’ which includes a new library by Robbrecht & Daem Architects.
