After an extensive feasibility study, Van de Ven Bouw en Ontwikkeling has commissioned us to design a residential tower in Tilburg (Nl). The compact plot is situated next to the railway track, facing the Spoorpark. Its position defines a main cross-roads towards the city center. The project is designed in close collaboration with both the commissioner and the Tilburg Municipality.
