On Friday October 8th, 2021, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Talent Tower in Tilburg (NL) took place.

 

The compact plot is situated next to the railway track, facing the Spoorpark. Its position defines a main cross-roads towards the city center. Our design, consisting of a 22-floor high tower and a 6-floor high plinth, negotiates the scale jump between the high-density context of the central station area, and the lower-density residential area along the Spoorpark.
