(07-07-2010) PROJECT UPDATE - Aarschot op Sporen, Aarschot (B)
07.07.2010 / Definitive Design Delivered.
One year after having won the competition for this mixed urban development, the definitive design of the first phase has been delivered. This phase consists of an underground parking, commercial space, 41 apartments and a public square. The barn-like hotel volume that we proposed during the competition stage has been optimized for residential use, while maintaining its specific identity as an entrance to the city and the new railway area. Construction will start mid-2011.
